LET ONLY

One off fee of £299. We let the property and then you will deal with the day to day running. Collecting rent, arranging maintenance, etc. The service includes:

  • FREE rent guarantee
  • FREE valuation - No upfront fees
  • Marketing the property in our office
  • Advertising the property on Property Portals
  • ‘To Let’ board
  • Extensive referencing
  • Accompanied viewings
  • The tenancy agreement
  • Informing services of change of occupant
  • Inventory of the condition of the property (including pictures)
  • Arranging EPC, electrical and gas inspections (fees will be payable to contractor)

FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Initial letting fee of £75 and management fee of 10% of rent per month. The service includes:

  • Including all 'Let Only' services
  • Rent collection
  • Monthly rental statements and transfer of money to landlords
  • Dealing with any tenant issues
  • Arranging maintenance
  • Arranging for gas appliances to be checked and serviced annually
  • Periodic internal inspections during the tenancy
  • Serving notices as required to terminate or change the terms of the tenancy
  • Checking the inventory at the termination of the tenancy
